• Aweber is still one of the best services for managing and developing your list. I’ve read many comments on the forums lately that talk about the unreliability of email. The biggest reason to pay for this service is so YOU don’t have to deal with ISP’s and internet services like AOL who make it very easy for their members to blacklist you. Services like Aweber spend a lot of time cultivating and grooming a great relationship with the ISP’s so your email gets through. The second big reason to use them is the ease of their program and the unlimited lists you get to develop.

Products to Make Life Easier

• Creating multiple web sites means multiple logins and affiliate programs. I use RoboForm to keep everything organized. You can download the “to go” version here or read about the desktop version here.

• PayPal is a major player in this game and you will need to create an account with them if you are going to accept money for affiliate sales. When ever possible I get my affiliate programs to send me a check (if there are no processing fees). You need to remember that every time you accept money through your PayPal account, they will charge you a fee. That can add up to quite a bit if you accepting large sums of money.
