Well, I'm here to tell you that I've been in the exact same position as you. I've bought all the ebooks, cool programs and resell products. I joined a lot of membership sites too. Every time I got a new email from someone, I'd have to go look. Of course looking leads to buying and before I knew it, I had a hard drive full of "product". I probably won't live long enough to use all the material I've collected over the last couple years
And, we won't even talk about the money spent buying it all......
I finally had to tell myself STOP! This was getting crazy. Buying was the easy part. Now I had to assemble all this stuff so people will want to visit and spend money with me.
Buying & Assembling Products To Sell Is The Easy Part - Putting It All Together Takes Time & Skill
You know what? I've gone through the same learning curves you are facing. I had all the same questions. What software do you use for your web site? How do you install it? What's FTP? Should I use PLR articles? How do I get traffic to my web site? How can I make more money with my web site? How do I deliver my information product to my customer? What's an up sell? What do I use for a OTO? What is duplicate content? Themes, Niches, LSI - what does it all mean?
The List goes on and on.......................
Do you know what else I discovered? Selling information products and physical products is pretty much the same. It doesn't matter if you have your own product or sell someone else's, the components needed for your web site are going to be basically the same.
I created a web site, took all the material I had been collecting and assembled it online so it was easy to find. I got to work creating a plan. Putting everything in order helped me stay on track. It was easier after I was organized - a lot easier!
I already had a couple successful online stores but after I got organized and developed my plan, the tasks got a whole lot easier and everything happened faster. I was able to put together my web sites faster. The first site I built using my new plan, was a physical products store that shot to page one of Google within 3 months and has stayed there ever since. I haven't bought Google Adwords for that site since it was 2 months old.
I could talk more about my sites and stores but that's not the real reason why you are reading this page.
I want to talk about a plan for you.
I've been involved in coaching - my entire life. I guess I like helping people. I coached both junior and adult equestrian teams for many years. When I was department director at 2 of our area hospitals, part of my job was to create and implement the education system for both our staff and patients. When my business turned to online sales, other business owners would ask me for advice and tips.
So, I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when one of my clients, a local business owner asked me to teach his staff how to manage the group of online businesses he had. After conducting several weeks of sessions, his staff was able to look after his online stores with minimal assistance from me or the owner.
Over time I would get clients just from word of mouth advertising. This allowed me to practice my skills, refine my methods and fine tune my plans based on the feedback from those coaching clients.
I've taken on a wide variety of coaching clients with various skills and abilities. I get a lot of satisfaction seeing people succeed at things they didn't think they would be able to do.

I already had a fairly new website which was set up by a friend’s husband. He did a good job, but there was one serious problem. I couldn’t change anything on it – I had to pay him to make any changes for me. And with a seasonal product such as mine, the website just wasn’t working for me and became stagnant and way out of date.
Debbie’s first suggestion to me was that I needed a new website, one I could work on myself and offered to set it up for me. I wanted a blog, and maybe a membership site – but a new website? I just didn’t know… But Debbie did! She used the Word Press Blog and created a template for my website for me - exactly how I wanted it. Just looking at this exceptional website, you’d never know it has the capabilities of being a blog and a membership site all at the same time. The blog, and membership site are coming very soon!!! (it’s already set up, I just have to start posting and using it!) Then, to my surprise, she also began to teach me how to make changes and set up my pages.
After several hours on the phone with Debbie several different times, I am putting in my new pages myself! I can change them every week, every day, every hour - whenever I like. Her interest and concern in a total stranger is unbelievable. Her directions are impeccable. I am doing things I though I would never be able to do myself.
I suppose what I am trying to get across to all of you is that Debbie knows her stuff. She knows how to do everything I'd ever thought of or wanted, she is so easy to talk to, and her instructions are so very easy to follow. I can call Debbie or email her or even post on Skype and she gets back to me immediately with very patient answers and directions. I hear a little chuckle from her end sometimes. She must be thinking – Wow, I can’t believe you don’t know that yet – but she never once has complained and explains things to me as many times as it takes.
