So what is a Business Block?

Business Blocks are course blocks located in the Masterminds Group section of TME. Its like renting a kiosk in a mall or a chair rental in a hair salon or a classroom in a university.

The Marketing Educator has all the infrastructure ready for you to use. Harness the power of numbers by having your own course Block located within our membership site. Members will be knocking at your door to see what services and products you have to offer.

Invite your own clients to join. Have them join at the FREE level and participate in all the resources and learning material. Why create a site with duplicate content - we have everything they need.

If they upgrade to a Gold Member - you benefit. Our affiliate program is a self contained closed program. Only Gold Members and Course Master’s can participate.

Your Business Block

Activities

• Forum - you can have one or more private forums for you and your clients to meet. Great for Mastermind groups and personal coaching
• Assignments - just like school! Just kidding but if you have clients who need your help with projects, this feature works great
• Chat - the chat feature in TME is great for having those personal multi-person conversations on special projects or business ideas. They can be impromptu or you can set up a regular date and time to meet
• Database - do you need a place where your clients can download your reports, files, ideas etc? The database feature allows you to set up access for your clients so you don’t have to constantly email info.
• Quiz - do you have coaching clients? would you like to see how much they know? Set up quizzes for fun or as an entry to finding out what your clients need from you.
• Surveys - Information from surveys are valuable if you like to make PLR products or other products for sale.
• Wiki - Wiki’s are great fun when everyone works on them together. Use it to brainstorm projects or just to educate
• Workshop - the workshop feature allows members to submit projects that can be worked on collaboratively. This brings a whole new level to your coaching
• Lessons - lessons are a great way to deliver content and material to help your clients.
• Journal - provide a journal for your clients to enter their own thoughts and ideas or to chart progress on business projects. Journals are private - no other member sees them except the Course Master. As the Course Master, you can offer feedback to your clients through their journal

Resources & Other Functions:

• Compose web or text pages with your content. Either learning material, sales letters, what ever you like.
• Provide links to your outside sales pages or to other valuable information. What ever you think would benefit your clients. Linked items can be audio, video or text and can be displayed within your block or via a separate pop up page.
• Do you have multiple products for sale? List all your sales pages within your block. Members are always shopping for great deals
• Do you have a special event or promotion coming out? List your news in the calendar. The TME calendar is broken down into 4 sections “Global Events”, “Group Events”, “Individual Events”, “Course Events”. Place your news under course events to attract more members.
• Would you like to make it private? Blocks can be protected using an enrollment key. Members contact you for the key. You can either sell access or provide access for free. They have to contact you first.
• Each block has an attendees section so you know who is visiting and when.
• Each block has an announcements forum where it’s easy to keep in constant communication with your clients and members. Every time you make a new entry in the announcement forum, it is automatically emailed to all your participants.
• Your Block is a place where your clients can meet with you but still have access to all the other educational material contained within The Marketing Educator.

Notice the price is per Block so let me explain why you would want more than one Block….

Each Block is set up as a self contained unit:

• It has one title and one description for everyone to read
• It can be secure or not (requires enrollment key or No key)

Conditions where you might want more than one Block.

• One Block that is open to anyone (no enrollment key) - this is a great way to pull members from the general membership as anyone can participate in any forum, course, video, audio or activity you have set up in that Block. Remember you have “access” to people who enroll in you course Block. Invite them to join your outside programs, newsletter, etc. In fact you can use your Block to deliver your newsletter.
• One Block that is secure - this one would require an enrollment key - In this Block you can have your coaching group, Mastermind group. Any product or service where you want to control who enters and accesses the information. You can charge for this key or have it free but the prospective member needs to contact you for the Enrollment Key - TME does not do your billing ( if you need billing support - we have Fantasos Hosted accounts if you want to set up an office)
• A Block for different topics/subjects - If you go over to TME www.TheMarketingEducator.com/class you will see that our content is divided into categories and each category will have several courses. You may want to offer information on unrelated topics and not combine then into one Block.

Now the Fine Print:

• Affiliate links are not allowed in Blocks - all products and services sold must be from you. The exception to this are Blocks that require an enrollment key - content can be anything
  

• Once you register for a Block allow 24 hrs for us to set it up for you. In the meantime you will be able to access the Course Masters resource and forum - enrollment Key code will be given at signup.

• This is a peer monitored function - this means if you are not conducting yourself professionally or offering “shady” deals, your peers (Course Masters) may “vote” you off. At which time your Block account will be terminated.

• Admins see all - you will be contacted if we feel products are inappropriate for the general members.

• Course Masters who email members excessively or abuse the functions of the site will have their Block account terminated.

• We listen to our members. If they complain we listen.
