Since 2003 I've been quietly working behind the scenes with my own e-commerce stores and niche websites – selling physical and virtual products. I also build websites, membership sites and e-commerce stores for other people. I've worked with a lot of people who just like you, want to earn money online.

Some of my clients make a little and some make a lot of money.  They all have one thing in common – they started out just like you – with a desire to earn and a willingness to learn.

Today I want to tell you about a passive income method that works quite well.

This is not a “get rich” scheme.
You’ll have to do some work.
Learn some tasks and put some effort into the project.

If you are looking to earn money online, and you aren’t afraid of work then the following is something you should seriously consider.

What we are going to talk about today is a passive income method that works very well.  It involves using Adsense.

I know, I know - I've heard it too!

You heard Adsense was dead - Right?

Don’t listen to that crap. Adsense is alive and well.

 As long as there are people advertising their products and services for sale there will be Adsense ads. Do a search on just about any topic on Google. See the results that show on the right hand side of the page? Those are Ads paid for by merchants who are trying to get you to click them and buy their stuff.

The fastest way for a merchant to get traffic is through PPC (paid advertising). Paid advertising will always be around. If there are advertisers then there is a need for publishers (website owners). 

Google Wants To Give You Money

Here’s where you come in. Google in an effort to give the advertiser the most opportunity to show their ads, allows website owners (publishers) to display them on their web sites. Ads are shown on the Google search pages as well as those websites where the owners participate in the Adsense program.

Google shares the revenue with you when a visitor from your site clicks those ads. Each time a visitor clicks an ad, the merchant has to pay Google.  If the ad was on your site, Google pays you.

This isn’t a new method of earning and I didn’t invent it but I can tell you from experience what works and what doesn’t. There are things you don't want to do and things you need to avoid to prevent your account from be closed. Once again, it pays to follow the example of someone who does this for a living.

You don't have to take my word for it. There are plenty of people who know these techniques. You just have to find them. But, don't worry, I've found an expert on Micro Niche Adsense sites who will tell you all he knows.

As a merchant and publisher, I’ve been on both sides of the fence. I earn money by hosting Adsense ads on my websites and I’ve paid for those ads as a merchant to attract buyers to my e-commerce stores.

I can tell you as an advertiser (person who paid for the ad) I always want to see my ads shown on websites that are relevant to the product I am selling. I know I get targeted leads that way.  Targeted leads equal higher conversions.  Conversions are sales. The better the conversions the higher my sales are. It’s a simple formula.

To Earn More - Keep It Simple

Let me explain. As a merchant paying for those ads, I don’t want someone who is looking for windshields to be clicking my ad for jewelry. The chance of that person buying my product is very slim.

I want my ads to show on sites and pages where people interested in my products will be hanging out. The more relevant the site is to my products the better the chance that the person clicking the ad will be an actual buyer.

So, what if you, as an entrepreneur picked a niche (product or service) and created a website where all you talked about was that particular product (niche)? On your website would be Adsense ads relevant to the topic of your site. Do you think visitors would click your Adsense ads? Sure they would.

People arrive at your website because of the topic and if you offer Adsense ads there is a good chance they will leave your site through one of those ads – earning you money when they do.

It's a fact that everyone leaves your website at some point. Your goal is to get them to leave through a link that earns you money.

Targeted traffic = better conversions
Conversions = money

I know this sounds like a grade 3 simplified explanation of the process but it’s really not that complicated.

In fact the people who aren’t successful with this income method are usually over complicating the process.

Having Adsense on your website is not new. People have been doing it for years. There are plenty of books and courses out there to teach you how to add the Adsense ads to your website but there is more to it than just adding a bit of code and hoping people find your pages.

It just takes the right tools, the right instructions plus some work and effort from you mixed with your desire to earn and learn. That’s the recipe for success.
